Our Office is closed and all staff will work from home with immediate effect
On 23rd March 2020 the Prime Minster and First Minister introduced unprecedented restrictions on everyday life, meaning people must leave their house for one of only four reasons: to exercise once a day; to travel to and from work where ‘absolutely necessary’; to shop for essential items; and to fulfil any medical or care needs. The country is essentially in ‘lockdown’. The restrictions will be in force for at least three weeks and police will have the power to enforce them, including through fines.
Our office is now closed, and all staff are working from home with immediate effect. We have a full remote system in operation including a remote phone system. You can still contact us during normal working hours by telephone 0141 634 8016.
You can also contact via e mail on email@example.com – our staff will respond to emails during normal working hours.
We will post updates as necessary on our Facebook page and our website.
We will also utilise text messing and e mails to keep in touch with you. If we do not have your email address or mobile phone number, we encourage you to contact us with this information. That way you will have access to the most up to date information about our services.
Repairs Service – we will be providing emergency repairs only. You can report an emergency repair on 0141 634 8016 during normal office hours. If you want to report an emergency repair out-with office hours, please contact City Technical for emergency heating and hot water repairs on 0333 2020708 and all other out of hours emergency repairs to City Building on 0800 595595.
We will be writing to all our tenants over the next few days with a full update on the services that we can still provide and those which have been suspended.
